Aloe Palm Canyon is a brand-new affordable housing community on North Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, on the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood. This gorgeous two story community features 70 one-bedroom apartments for seniors 55+, including 25 units designated as permanent supportive housing for seniors who have previously experienced homelessness.

Ventana al Sur, located in the San Ysidro Historic Village District, is a 101-unit new construction project for seniors 62 and over; 25 homes will be reserved for seniors experiencing homelessness. On-site amenities will include a community space, computer room, courtyards and observation decks, laundry rooms and elevator service on each residential floor, plus 4,000 SF commercial space. The property is within walking distance to transit, healthcare services, a public library, and a local park.

Elevate is an apartment complex of 126 one-bedroom units, with 24/7 security and surveillance, gated entry, and a comprehensive offering of support services, including faith + connection gatherings. The first apartment complex of its kind in Kern County, Elevate brings something better to the community by helping residents experience elevated living, transition into long-term sustainable housing, and achieve a better quality of life.

Silver Sage at Neil Road is a 58-unit senior LIHTC community in Reno, Nevada — not adjacent to the Neil Road Senior Center. Its landscaped grounds won a 2011 Nevada ASLA Merit Award; amenities include a business/exercise room, dog run and a senior services coordinator.

Park Place I is a six-building, 36-unit family affordable community in St. Paul Park operated by the Washington County CDA, offering one- and two-bedroom apartments within a mile of parks, restaurants and entertainment.

The Fourth Quarter is a four-story, 36-unit supportive housing development in Denver's Cole neighborhood built in 2010, with 25 units set aside for lower-income military veterans plus on-site supportive services.

Nevada HAND's Deer Springs is a 90-unit affordable senior assisted-living community in northwest Las Vegas providing on-site care, meals, medication management and transportation.

Galt Place is an 81-unit senior LIHTC community in Galt (Sacramento County) placed in service in 2011, serving elderly residents at area income limits with one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Hooper Springs is a 48-unit, two-story senior LIHTC community in north Baton Rouge built in 2010, offering one- and two-bedroom units with Energy Star appliances, a clubhouse with computer lounge and exercise room, and walking paths.

Metro (Metro 510) is a $27.1 million transit-oriented affordable community in downtown Tampa developed by Sage Partners with St. Paul AME Church.

Hidden Creek Village is an 81-unit family LIHTC community in Paso Robles placed in service in 2008, offering larger two-, three- and four-bedroom units for households at 30–60% of San Luis Obispo County AMI.

Mineral Wells Pioneer Crossing is an 80-unit family LIHTC community placed in service in 2010, offering one- to three-bedroom units with a swimming pool; the waitlist is managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Mineral Wells.

Gleason Park is a 94-unit (92 income-restricted) family affordable community in Stockton's Seaport neighborhood built in 2011 by Mercy Housing California, financed with LIHTC, HOME, City of Stockton/Redevelopment Agency, California HCD and Wells Fargo funds. It includes a community center with an on-site Head Start, computer lab and (later) rooftop solar.

Chapel Place Homes is an 87-unit family LIHTC development of single-story three- and four-bedroom homes in southwest Memphis (Shelby County), placed in service in 2012, with a clubhouse, fitness center and controlled access.

Autumn Village is a 43-unit family affordable community in Reno built in 2011 with $6.3 million in ARRA Section 1602 Exchange funds from the Nevada Housing Division. It is Energy Star–certified with rooftop and carport solar arrays and includes nine supportive-housing units.

Waters Edge is a 51-unit family LIHTC community in Williston built in 2009, offering two- to four-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry hookups, a community building with fitness and computer rooms, playground and off-street parking.

Highwood Square is a 27-unit affordable artist live/work community in Hamden created through adaptive reuse of former perfume and bakery buildings, opened in 2011.

Bracken Creek is a 40-unit family low-income community in Augusta, KY built in 1981 under the USDA Section 515 rural housing program

Sunny View is a 70-unit family LIHTC community in Delano offering spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments with a pool, playground and on-site laundry.

Village at Tehachapi is an 81-unit family LIHTC community in Kern County placed in service in 2011, offering two- and three-bedroom units for households at 60% or less of AMI.

Malibu (rebranded The Palms) is a 476-unit mixed-income LIHTC community on North Lamar in Austin — the largest single development gap-financed through the City of Austin's developer assistance programs, retaining 476 mixed-income units, predominantly studios and one-bedrooms.

Franklin School Apartments is a 40-unit family affordable community in Great Falls created from a historic 1910s elementary school converted to housing in 1989–1990. The Montana Board of Housing awarded §1602 tax-credit-exchange funds for energy-efficiency upgrades; units are three-bedroom garden-style with on-site laundry, playground and off-street parking.

Sandy Beach Homes is a 60-unit beachfront family affordable development in Chalan Kanoa, Saipan, built under a $15,995,000 contract with ARRA funds administered by NMHC. All units are three-bedroom/two-bath, ~1,400 sq ft, with rooftop solar and island-style architectural detailing.

La Trinidad Elderly is a 130-unit senior LIHTC "Egida" in Ponce placed in service in 2012, offering one-bedroom apartments (~485 sq ft) subsidized under Puerto Rico's Law 173 and Section 8. Amenities include laundry, water cistern, controlled access and solar panels. The 2012 date is slightly after the award window, consistent with delayed completion.

Boulevard Court is a 75-unit permanent supportive housing community in Sacramento created by Mercy Housing California through adaptive reuse of a dilapidated roadside motel, placed in service in 2011. It serves formerly homeless individuals with disabilities, with on-site supportive services and a community building.

Mission Paradise is a brand-new affordable housing development for seniors making 20%- 80% of the local Area Median Income (AMI). Senior-friendly amenities, including outdoor and indoor community areas, are available for the residents. Twenty-five (25) units are project based rental assistance pursuant to an AHAP agreement with the Housing Authority of Alameda County (HACA). Fifteen (15) units are for homeless households with severe mental illness pursuant to No Place Like Home.
